Thank you for your faithful support of Baptist Faith Missions! Monthly giving is a great way to support our missionaries as they preach the gospel and plant churches around the world. However, Planned Giving can extend your support even further.
WHAT IS PLANNED GIVING?
What if you could support global missions both during and even beyond your lifetime—possibly earning significant tax savings in the process? Planned Giving encompasses several tools and financial instruments that allow donors to accomplish this worthy goal. Many can reduce your capital gains taxes and lower your overall tax burden. Ask your tax professional or attorney if any of these are right for you.
- Gift of Cash or Stock
- IRA Required Minimum Distribution or Qualified Charitable Distribution
- Gift of real estate, vacation home, farm, acreage, or oil, gas & mineral rights
- Bequest in will or living trust
- Beneficiary of life insurance policy or retirement account
- Beneficiary of life income gifts, gift annuity or remainder trust
WHY DOES IT MATTER?
People often plan for the future, carefully considering how best to address the financial needs of their loved ones. Your thoughtful planning can also support faithful Baptist missionaries. A gift to the BFM Missionary Support Fund will support current missionaries, while a gift to the BFM Veteran Missionary Pension Fund will be used to care for retired missionaries and their spouses.
